Developments that we have been responsible for are London and Home Counties luxury individual houses and multi unit residential sites with current London developments in Croydon and Berkshire. As landlords we have rented out properties in London for over 15 years.
We are always interested in developments for multi unit sites which can be residential or commercial. This can be to buy and develop, or to joint venture with an owner. The ideal price range is from £0.5m-£20m purchase with GDVof £2-50m.
